I am a private landlord looking for a clean and tidy, non-smoking single tenant for my room available in Kingsthorpe area of Northampton.

The house is a fully licensed 5 bed HMO with fully fitted opened plans kitchen/diner, to include ample cupboard space, dining table for 5 people, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.

It also has a separate communal lounge area with TV and 3 piece settee.

The vacant room is a bright room with bay windows, newly painted on the ground floor, fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets.

It is located 2 minutes walk from all amenities, including bus, route into town, supermarkets, banks, pubs, restaurants, various shops and takeaways.

Landlord manages property himself (so no agency fees) I am available 24/7 for any issues, and live locally.

Room is £500 per month, including all bills, gas, water, electric, council tax and Wi-Fi.

Single occupancy only, so no couples, as only licensed for 5 tenants.
