Large Room Downstairs In Family Home

The house is situated about 5 mins drive from Northampton university, 10 mins drive to town centre and local amnesties. Close to banks, Post office, shops and take outs.

I have a large room which is currently my dining room. It's decorared differently from the pictures, its now all grey and will be empty for when someone moves in. It is at the front of the house downstairs and has a big bay window. The room has a lock on the door. I live with my two children aged 6 and 8. They are well behaved and we are out of the house all day everyday. At weekends we tend to go outdoors or spend time with family living elswhere.
Over the summer I will be away on holiday and visiting family alot of the time.
I am looking for someone friendly and sociable, responsible and someone who will respect the house as if it was your own. I will only accept proffessional females.
You will have free run of the house and bills are included.
We're a really friendly family but very busy, we don't tend to sit in at weekends, we are out alot and I spend alot of my time with family living elsewhere.

I am possibly looking to get another lodger in over the summer period as I will be away for a few months due to the summer holidays
