Double Room Ensuite in 2 Bed Flat

We have a double room available in Northampton, within walking distance of Weston Favell Tesco. Room comes with an ensuite bathroom. Living room and kitchen would be shared between us and there is an allocated parking spot aswell.

We are a married couple, 33yr old female and 39year old male professional, sometimes F works from home, sometimes working away. We're sociable but also know to give people their own space. We want our new housemate to feel comfortable in the space but also be respectful in being tidy in the shared areas.

All bills included, the room has a TV which you can connect a Roku stick etc.
