Lounge & kitchen/diner have Sky tv, kitchen has all mod cons, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
There is also a utility room with washing machine & a downstairs toilet.
There are 3 external & 3 internal security cameras covering the main entrances.

Wifi throughout the property

Smoking is allowed in the garden

Rent £100/£120 per wk incl gas, electricity, water, broadband & cleaning

Ideal for Brackmills/Moulton Park- both approx 10mins away by car. Easy access to A43/45 & Junction 15 M1 is approx 15mins away, depending on traffic. Bus stop 2mins walk away.

Weston Favell Shopping Centre is less than 10mins walk away - approx 3 mins by car. Close to retail park & gym.

I am retired so day shift worker only please, & have 2 pets, an elderly cat & a dog.
