Rooms to let in recently refurbed town house

Byron Street is in Kingsley and on the terrace as part of Poets corner. All shops, services, and buses are only 200 meters away and is in easy reach (1 mile) of town centre, Hospital, and University.
Ideal for young medical staff on secondment, Policeman, or any other professional. Unfortunately not suitable for couples, children or students. Age is of no interest nor actual profession.
The house has recently been fully refurbished throughout to a good standard. The street is quiet and residential but very central. The rooms are clean and well insulated (warm in winter) and newly furnished for the Let. We provide a homely and friendly atmosphere for you and all services and facilities are provided. The shared accommodation consists of lounge, large kitchen with your own fridge/freezer, bathroom, and downstairs toilet. Outside there is covered area for bicycles and well maintained garden with an area to sit in good weather. Although rooms are double with a double bed they are more suited to single people but visitors are welcome. The house is yours and should feel that way. This house is more like a family than individuals and you should be willing to be part of that. It is homely and welcoming. I have 3 rooms available of differing size but all doubles but will only let 2 due to local housing rules.
