Cheap Single in Friendly House Near Town Centre

Hello there,

We're placing this advert as we have a single room available to rent in our clean and friendly mid-terrace Northampton home, which is super close to the rail station and the town centre amenities.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bookcase (optional), rug, curtains, two lamps, and a clothes hanging/drying rail. It's lovely and bright space in a peaceful part of town.

Downstairs there's a communal lounge / diner, a kitchen, bathroom, and a courtyard garden space where smoking is permitted.

Currently living at the address are two females, one male (31 - 36 yrs) and a friendly little dog who will always be happy to see you. Ideally we're looking for another female to replace the girl who recently moved out, but we're happy to consider bookish type guys too. Either way, please do include just a little bit about yourself on your enquiry, and adding a photograph to your profile scores a lot of points with us (we're getting a lot of messages from completely anonymous people asking to arrange viewings).

The House:
The location is super convenient, in the St James area of Northampton, a stone's throw from the lovely Victoria Park, and two cheap supermarkets (Aldi and Iceland). There's a whole array of other smaller retail shops just around the corner, so whatever sundry items you may find yourself in need of they can probably be obtained within a radius of about a hundred metres from the house. Northampton railway station is about 8-9 minutes walk from the front door, there's a cinema and a gym just a little beyond that, and then you're in the town centre!
