There is a garden(patio) at the back which can be used as well as a double garage - great for bbq's!

*All bills INCLUDED (water, gas, electricity, wifi (high speed fibre optic-unlimited) and council tax) included as well as a weekly cleaner! She is lovely and cleans all the communal areas and your room, if you would like that.

Would suit quiet, tidy person to join friendly professional household. PhD students or post grads welcome! Sorry NO undergraduates.

We are very conveniently located-Walking 6min to railway station, 10 min to city centre and bus stops 5minutes away...or driving 10min onto the motorway. There is on road parking outside.
