We're a family of 3 (Mum, son and daughter) who would like the tenant to respect the cultural environment which means no alcohol or pork is allowed to be kept at the property. We also do not allow any guests to visit or smoke, even in the garden.

The property has free wifi, a large kitchen with lots of fridge and cupboard space. Cutlery, crockery and cleaning products will also be provided. There is access to a large dining room should you want to eat at a table. Eating in room is allowed.

Parking is also available and the house is close to all bus stops heading towards town. and Weston Favell shopping. A large Morrisons supermarket is also only a 6 minute walk away.

Price is £475 per month which will also require one months deposit. Minimum rental time is 6 months where we will also require one months notice.

As you can see the room is an ensuite so comes with it's own bathroom which has recently been fitted and is furnished. It contains a toilet, sink and newly installed shower. You will be required to provide your own toilet paper and cleaning products.

The room is fully furnished, including a bed, (bedding also provided) a large wardrobe, a small trolly and now a fitted desk with a stool.
