Very clean and tidy double room available in very clean and tidy well decorated and comfortable 3 bed semi-detached house in the lovely Spinney Hill area. House on ground floor is open plan kitchen diner with American style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and downstairs toilet and a log burner for cold winter nights. Patio doors lead to huge and beautiful garden area where you can relax around the pond, chill in the gazebo area or pour a drink from the bar, there is also a summer house if you want to chill outside, read a book or watch some TV or film. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and bath, the room I renting is at the rear of house. All bills included in price with broadband. Just me and my jack Russell called Chas who live here and my friend and work colleague, we appreciate a peaceful and respectful existence and we enjoy having a chat and also respectful of your privacy. It is a quiet and respectful household and you will be made to feel welcome. Looking for folk who like to live in a nice and well looked after home and for you to feel comfortable, I'm happy to make any modifications to the room as required, I have a small bedroom which I use for storage and this is available to you also, I also have a fully decked out loft with plenty of storage should you require

Looking for a working male or female who is sound and genuine in nature. I'm 46 and a mental health nurse, so I'm pretty open minded and liberal, I work 9-5 during the week, between home and office, my friend is 50yrs and also a healthcare worker, just to add he spends little time at the house as has a new girlfriend! Like to see folk enjoy themselves, so visitors welcome as long as is respectful, etc. Must be cool with dogs as I have a very loved jack Russell, he is a character and perfectly safe, but he might bark at you initially, until he gets to know you, which won't take long. I have no problems with sharing household items with you as long as respected and cleaned after use.

Morrisons supermarket a 2 min walk, Bradlaugh fields country park 30 seconds away. Northampton town centre, 5 mins in a car and train station 10 mins in a car.
