Large double room with Juliette balcony.
I live in the house and currently rent two bedrooms already (one on an Mon-Fri basis only with the room barely being used in Nov, Dec and Jan) I have been renting out rooms for nine years now.
There is a shared bathroom (between 3) and then a shared living area and kitchen.
The garden is a sun trap and lovely to sit in at summer time.
The house is on a quiet estate near the canal, near junction 15a and close to Sixfields and shops.
This room would not suit couples.
Any new lodger’s working patterns and habits obviously need to fit in with me and the current lodgers so this can be discussed.
The room could possibly be available sooner if required.
