We have two premium studio rooms now available to rent. These studios were previously used for Airbnb, which gives a strong indication of the quality and comfort on offer.
Each studio has been purpose‑built to provide a high‑end, self‑contained living experience. Every room includes:

A private bedroom area
Separate living space
Modern en‑suite bathroom
Kitchenette with built‑in microwave and sink
Bespoke furniture chosen to create a luxurious and homely atmosphere

During the full renovation last year, the property was redesigned to offer something a little different — a space that sits comfortably between a typical HMO room and a self‑contained flat. The result is a spacious, hotel‑style studio with your own en‑suite and kitchenette, while still keeping the convenience and simplicity of an all‑inclusive monthly rate. Walls were opened up to maximise room sizes, making each studio noticeably larger than standard HMO accommodation.

With only four studios in the house, the property has a naturally calm, relaxed feel with less foot traffic and a much quieter atmosphere overall.

About the Current Tenants
The house is currently occupied by working professionals who are easy‑going, respectful and take pride in keeping the place tidy. Everyone is considerate of the shared areas, so the communal spaces stay calm and uncluttered.
