Available immediately, this bright and comfortable room is in a fully renovated four-bed home (a home not HMO) in NN3. The room is a spacious large single/small double and comes fully furnished, with all furniture brand new.

You’ll have access to a nice kitchen with everything you need, a big garden, and a front drive for parking. If you enjoy growing your own veg, a garden plot can be offered. Fibre broadband and all bills are included, and a weekly cleaner is arranged for the shared spaces.

You’d be sharing the home with just one other person (me a female - so I'd prefer to keep it women only) (max 2 in future) – and a friendly cat who lives here.

Bills are included in the price (gas, electric, council tax, internet, water) and general cleaning supplies, as well as small general things like toilet paper are included so it's a ready to go everything in price.

The location is close to local shops and within easy reach of Abington Park. Minimum stay is 3 months.
