The double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, storage unit, a desk and chair and it has built in wall to ceiling shelving. The total floor space is 10m squared.

The house is a larger than average Victorian terrace, located 5 minutes from the town centre, just behind The Mounts Swimming Baths, very near to the Aldi supermarket and about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 20 minutes walk to the train station. It has broadband wireless, gas fired central heating, a very large kitchen with lots of storage space, living room, upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, back garden with patio, a cellar and a side alleyway for cycle storage. Road parking is permit only (£35 per year) although it is easy to find a place to park around here. It's a quiet and clean house and we are looking to keep it that way, so if you are noisy or have slobbish tendencies then this isn't the place for you.
