The room is fully furnished to a high order, and includes a wooden bed, mattress, work/study desk with office chair & study lamp, large double wardrobe with additional drawers, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfortable leather easy chair. The room has three double plug sockets, TV point, radiator (with adjustable thermostat),and two double glazed windows with blinds and curtains

The rental fee includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and Virgin media TV package in the communal living area), unless the Tenant owns their own television, in which case the Tenant will need to have their own TV license for their room.

As landlords we have solely catered for Tenants within the medical profession (i. e. hospital staff), therefore with the existing Tenants in mind there is the understandable preference for any new Tenant to be female and also working within the same profession.
