We have been living in this great three bedroom house for over two years but due to a new job flatmate is leaving Northampton.
The house is very large with lots of space available for the three housemates. This includes kitchen, lounge, dining room, cellar and private courtyard garden. There are three double bedrooms upstairs. Main bathroom is shared by only two bedrooms.
The house was rented unfurnished but the new housemate would benefit from existing sofas, dining table, bookcase and kitchen equipment etc on the ground floor. The available bedroom has a built in wardrobe. You would only need to provide a mattress as a minimum because the room has a bed frame already.
The house feels like a home and is a great base to hang out after work. Central location with easy access to town center and train station. Residential car parking is available on the streets behind the house.
Bills are shared between the housemates - this includes Sky TV and internet.
Viewing essential. Please get in touch to arrange a visit during the week or weekend if possible.
