Large comfortable double room for one person.

We are looking for one person who wants a large, comfortable double room. The room is available until end of June 2020. It's a professional house-share so no students.
The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf. There is also a laptop table and TV. The lodger will share the bathroom, kitchen, utility room and garden. We have broadband in the house. There is off-road parking available. Regrettably there is no en suite bathroom available as there is only one bathroom in the house. However there is a shower over the bath.

Please be aware that this is a non-smoking property.

This is not a house share as we wish to keep the sitting room for our own use. However there is a very comfortable armchair in the lodger's room, photo 3.

We are looking for someone who is working.

We are a humorous, middle-aged professional couple.
