A bespoke fitted wardrobe with plenry of shelving and storage. Chest of drawers. There is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with larder fridge, hob and sink and even a wine rack. There is also a combi microwave.

All utility bills and council tax are included within the rent, as well as Virgin Broadband and tv license being provided. In the house there is a Kitchen/Diner which also has a TV for all housemates to use. The main house also a washing machine and tumble dryer which would be available to use.

The area of Abington is a very popular part of town, with easy reach to the main town centre as well as having shops, banks and a number of good restaurants and cafes within easy reach. There are also a number of pubs close by as well as having a beautiful park with cafe/restaurant and an aviary nearby.
