On almost all Eagle Estates Limited HMO properties which we endeavour to supply Wifi to the premise. This is arranged via the landlord directly and the supply speed and service may differ. If you are working from home and require internet, please ensure you have planned to allow for a shared internet use and it is recommended you speak with your employer if you require a certain level of internet service to enable you to work. Wifi is not included in the rent but provided as a benefit.

This house is offering a shared kitchen with less density.

When you enquire on this room, please note we carry out viewings on a Tuesday and a Friday of each week. We will ask you for your name email and mobile number to book the Viewing. You must be working full-time and have no CCJ. If you have a CCJ, your reference will fail and you will not be refunded. We are unsure of the times of the viewings on Tuesday and Friday however once you enquire and provide the adequate information we will be able to let you know when we’re going to the property. Each week the time slots differ based on which properties we are visiting in which postal codes however if you enquire early enough we will hopefully be able to accommodate a time that suits you between 11 am and 5 pm.
