Double Room in cosy 3 Bedroom Victorian House with Victorian features such a fireplace. All bills included, as well as Internet and Netflix.
Close to Kettering road and the lively Wellingborough road with lots of good pubs, bars, restaurants, shops and takeaways. Good bus routes. 20 minute walk to town centre and minutes from the Race Course park.
Looking for a professional house mate/s, clean and tidy and respect for others.
Live with family of one female, one male and primary age boy. Both adults work during the week and sometimes weekends. Would have to be okay with living with our family dog too who is very friendly. We are a social family but very laid back.
Shared living area, bathroom, kitchen (with lots of kitchen storage space) and cellar. Will have own fridge/freezer, shared washing machine and dishwasher. Has a back garden too.
Street parking.
Minimum 6 month stay - Deposit and References required.

The bedroom is furnished with double bed and large wardrobe.
