Bright, spacious, double room available to rent in a beautiful home in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside. The room has ample storage space and a brand-new mattress on the bed. There's room for you to bring a desk with you or one could be provided for you.

Shared spaces consist of a large, modern kitchen/diner/snug and small but perfectly formed bathroom in this newly refurbished home. Large gardens front and back will be getting landscaped this year. All mod cons including broadband (when available) dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Located in the idyllic village of Ringstead which has a country pub, village shop, and fantastic Indian takeaway and fish and chip shop. In addition, a plethora of lovely country walks/bike trails can be reached from the door! Although the lovely walk around Kinewell Lake is only 5 minutes away, for those of you wanting easily-reached retail therapy, Rushden Lakes is only a 10-minute drive!

The street is set back off the road. Car parking is available in a bay at the bottom of the street. The village is also served by a bus route, though the location would best suit someone who has their own transport.

You'd be sharing with a live-in landlady (57) and 1 lodger (40s)..

We're looking for a quiet, independent professional to share this home. We look after this space. (We don't wear outdoor shoes in the house!) You'll need to be respectful of the shared spaces in the home and clean up after yourself. We have a pretty quiet life and this place would best suit someone who wants the same.
