The property is located in a gated Mews of 13 houses, on Park Road, 5 minutes from the town center, and Hall park on foot, and 5 minutes drive to the Rushden Lakes Shopping and Leisure Complex.

15 minutes by car to Wellingborough Train station, 20 minutes to Bedford Station and a 40 minute drive to Milton Keynes

I am looking for a professional, friendly, respectful and tidy individual to rent my room to. The person MUST adher to the government guidelines in social distancing.

Single person - £420

Short term rental only up to 6 months, with a 4 week probation period.

I am a live in landlady, who owns the house with my sister. She has a room in the house but spends most of her time in London, so it is usually just myself. I am a shift worker which sometimes includes nights, but I am currently working from home at the moment. I also have a cat.

The carpet was replaced on the stairs and bedrooms 1 year ago, and the room has been newly refurbished and decorated.

The Property does have a single driveway where I park my car, so parking would be on the street, unless I am not at home.
