Lovely room in friendly house available

A beautiful, spacious home I’ve shared with my best friend’s dad and my ex-girlfriend—now I’m moving on to a new chapter. The house features a bright conservatory, a peaceful garden, a massive American-style fridge, a modern kitchen with a washing machine, and everything you’d need for comfortable living. The living room is cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing.

The available room comes with most of the furniture shown and there are two bathrooms. You’ll be sharing with Olivia—university-educated, friendly, and easygoing—as well as Dimitar, who enjoys spending time in the conservatory and typically uses the downstairs bathroom, making it ideal for a lady who values her privacy.

There’s also a cat named Tarot—fun to be around, but mostly keeps to himself. The house has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and would be a great fit for someone looking for a peaceful yet social home.
