We are looking for an individual or a couple to rent our spare room. Our beloved lodger Les is moving on to the next chapter of his journey and will be sadly missed.
We have a large house with a lovely garden and heated indoor pool.
We will only rent to a full-time working person who respects people’s property and who is easy to live with. If you are reliable, nice and normal then please get in touch. A small deposit to secure the room is required. We have a gardener and a cleaner of all the shared facilities and there are 3 reception rooms so plenty of space. Your bathroom is shared with one other person and has an electric power shower.
The price is increased for a couple to £200 a week and the deposit is increased to £300.
