Small single room in a terraced cottage in Stanwick - 10 minutes to Rushden, Wellingborough, Thrapston, 20 minutes to Northampton, 5 minutes to the A14 and less to the A45 (driver with car an advantage here!).
Single furnished room available,,. furnished with single bed, wardrobe, shelves. All bills included.
We are at home intermittently, both working part time. We have 3 cats and a small dog (Pomeranian) and a lovely homey feel to the house, and aren’t tidy freaks! We’re happy to share the living space, have a good size kitchen, have a small garden, and there is road parking just outside. The road is quiet and a one way lane, so peaceful and calm.
Will welcome anyone to have a look - just get in touch. PLEASE have a job and be able to pay the rent monthly-any non payment will mean you leaving immediately (we’ve been burnt previously!). You can smoke outside, potentially have a pet, and being able to drive is a bonus. Absolutely no drugs in the house (again-previously burnt)! Thanks for reading, hope to hear from you soon.
