Double Room with own Bathroom

Hi i'm Alice, i'm 29 and live in a three bedroom house in Towcester. I work in London 4/5 days a week so work long days and rarely at home during the week.
I am ideally looking for a young professional for long term lets or am more flexible for short term.
The room is furnished with a small double bed, a chest of drawers and there is access to a large wardrobe in the third bedroom that is set up as an office/wardrobe. You also have access to your own bathroom, shared kitchen, sitting/dining room and garden. Worth noting the bathroom is just a bath at this stage with plans to incorporate a shower over it soon.
There is also a separate drive way with two spaces so plenty of room for your car.
There is super fast broadband in the house as well as Sky TV in the sitting room.
Although not a control freak I am a super tidy person and would prefer someone who is similarly house proud.
I often have my parents dog staying with me, a very gentle black Labrador so would help if you were happy with him being around.
Towcester is a great little town with easy access to Milton Keynes, Northampton and London.
