Large Double COVID FREE room available through the week in a lovely tidy detached house in Marina Park (St crispins). Room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, sofa bed, small laptop desk and bedside tables. WiFi is included, there is a TV in room with a Now TV box (limited channels) and a DVD player with a big range of DVD choice to choose from. Now TV also has Netflix app but you would need your own log in for this. Ironing board and iron provided in the room along with a kettle and small fridge. I have also put hand sanitiser in the room along with antibac wipes. Bedding will be changed regularly. There is a secure lock on the bedroom door. All bills included in the weekly cost.
Shared bathroom upstairs, also a WC downstairs and shared kitchen/diner with NOW TV. Room will be given in fridge/freezer for your food. All kitchen appliances can be used and there is also a dishwasher so you don’t need to wash up.
Parking right outside the front of the house in a non through quiet road. Small enclosed garden.
New build property with easy access to M1, walking distance to Sixfields and very regular bus routes to Town centre/train station/Daventry. Walking distance to all local amenities which include a co-op, indigo sun tanning shop. It is also a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 5 local pubs, cinema, bowling and restaurants.
****PLEASE NOTE: The room is available from Monday- Friday ONLY. Arrival on Monday from 6pm and vacating on Friday before 12pm. This room would not be suitable for someone requiring a 7 day rent. *****
I have a friendly small dog.
I work full time and generally keep myself to myself in the evenings.
Full deposit and the first week rent (or full month) to be paid on the day you move in.
