Double & Ensuite in Lovely Village (4 nights/week)

Hi, we are looking to rent our renovated double spare room with private ensuite, on a Monday to Friday basis. We will consider alternatives to Monday to Friday, including short term lets, shift workers and/or weekends, as long as renting the room would not be your only/full time home.

We are a professional couple of English and Polish backgrounds, with 2 small and friendly dogs. The home is a large detached bungalow in a quiet lane in the lovely village of Walgrave, Northants.

Walgrave:
- Within 10-20 mins drive of Kettering, Wellingborough and Northampton.
- Friendly village location with a shop and a great local pub that does evening meals. Lots of country walks on the doorstep, and Pitsford reservoir is just 1.5 miles away (sailing club, fishing, nature reserve, open water swimming, Park Run, cafe).

Whoever rents the room should be tidy and respectful, as we are.

Use of lounge, dining room and kitchen, if required, including washing machine.

Your room is a good size double room with ensuite, all newly refurbished in 2024. The rest of the house including kithcen has also been referbished recently.
