Perfect for the station or the town which are an easy 5-10 minute walk and London is 45 minutes to St Pancras by train. Flat has a lobby and a Kitchen Diner leading into Living Room. A small dining table and chairs, sofa and sitting seat complete the space which benefits from a Juliet balcony for light overlooking the communal garden space below. One additional benefit for any tenant is I am typically only there 3 nights of the week, meaning they would have the flat to themselves for the rest of the week and weekend. Parking is 1 allocated space, which I use but once I am not there happy for you to use. Otherwise roadside parking is available less than 20 yrs from the flat. Entry is via security entry door and a double lock front door for further security. I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger, no mess or excessive noise, pays on time and happy to get on.. The flat works well for two, but three would be a squeeze, so now "regular" visitors please.
