Double room in a quiet clean household

Double room for single person, quiet, warm room with large communal modern kitchen/dining room. Bathroom with overhead shower and bath. Free WiFi and TV in room.
A fridge freezer and plenty of allocated cupboard space for groceries.

All bills are included. Loo paper/kitchen paper and cleaning/washing up liquid supplied. All shared area cleaning is done on a weekly basis. Dish washer is filled and put on once a day usually. Washing machine and drying space provided for your laundry (nice garden to hang it out and space indoors for bad weather). I can provide bed linen/duvet/pillows if required free of charge.

Croyland cycleway is nearby and there is a short walk to central Wellingborough through Croyland park. 2 nearby super stores (Morrisons/Sainsbury) are within walking distance and a McColls around the corner. 15 minutes to Northampton via the A45 and 30 minutes to Milton Keynes viaA509 or M1

Very quiet area and pleasant friendly household, very quiet during the day. Ideal for shiftworkers/nightworkers.
There are two friendly, well behaved dogs in the house and chickens in the garden (free fresh eggs available).
