Furnished double room available in a 3 bed house on a nice, quiet street, pleasant area of Wellingborough - 5 mins walk from train station, 3 mins walk to castle field park and 10 mins walk to the centre.

Bedrooms have all been redecorated since purchasing house last year, new carpets throughout and new central heating upstairs.

Both myself and other tenant are friendly, respectful and clean people. Looking for someone who is similar. We are both working professionals and out quite a lot (I am in London Mon-Fri every week) so you should feel that there is plenty of space living here.

Your room has a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and lamp. A set of bedding will be provided. Shared bathroom and downstairs spaces, lounge & dining room just has essential furniture in for now (sofa, dining table) as will be decorating/arranging these rooms fully soon.

Room is £600 per month which includes council tax and all other bills (with reasonable energy usage). Start date can be anytime from 1st April onwards.

Sorry no pets. Single occupancy only.
