Room 1 a double is available with a joining bathroom. The same bathroom is available with a separate entrance for room 2 which has twin beds. The caravan is a fully equipped older slightly dated but clean comfortable and warm static caravan with kitchen and living room. It is situated in the countryside on the edge of a small village. In North Northumberland. Approximately 49 miles from Edinburgh 28 miles from tornes nuclear power station at Dunbar 9 miles from kelso ,10 miles from Berwick. Also just over a mile from Scotland is the small town of coldstream which has shops pubs restaurants and cafes. The village of Cornhill itself has a pub the hotel and a village shop all about 400 meters away from the property The landlord of the caravan lives in the adjoining property and the caravan is an annex of this property.. Couples will be considered but at a slightly higher rate (to be negotiated.) Pets will be considered but as I have two dogs of my own they will have to be friendly and compatible with my dogs, and the chickens that are free range on the 5 acre site.. All bills are included. Caravan has electric Shower, electric heating and electric cooking. Sorry Lodgers not working will not be not considered. .Any lodger renting this property must have a principal residence elsewhere, this property can not be their main residential address no exceptions.
