Three rooms are available to rent in a 4 bed detached property in a quiet estate backing onto fields and woodland.
The first bedroom is a single overlooking the rear of the property (currently taken) A larger, west facing double room is also at the rear with views over countryside (this room is also currently taken) The third room is a smaller double at the front of the property.
There is a good sized shared lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, separate bathroom with shower, and a conservatory.
I work part time and am usually at home in the evening.
I am looking for ladies, gents, or a couple, to share the house which is really too big for one person. House trained contractors are also welcome! .
All bills are included.
The rent for couples would be £105 per week. Broadband is provided.
Guide Post is only 10 minutes from the A1 and 25 minutes drive from Newcastle. There are regular buses to Newcastle and it is only 3 miles to the railway station at Morpeth.
Wansbeck hospital and the new Cramlington hospital are less than 15 mins drive.
