Hello, I am looking for someone tidy, respectful and able to pay rent on time! Other than that I am not fussy.
The house is a new build, surrounded by communal grounds and beautiful countryside. With a pub just down the street (St Marys inn) It is a quiet friendly neighbourhood.
Bills are included in rent. Parking available on drive.
The house consists of a garage which I use as a gym on the 1st floor. 2nd floor is a living room/kitchen diner, bathroom which would be yours as I have my own en-suite. 3rd floor is a double bedroom with a W. C.
I work 6 days a week 8-5 usually with 2 nights away. I want you to feel completely at home here, with full access of the house. If you have any queries please get in touch!
