Annesley is a great location for Hucknall, Bulwell, Kirkby, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Mansfield. All do-able by bus.

Nottingham town centre is about a 30 minute drive or 45 minutes by bus. Mansfield is about a 20 min drive.

There are bus stops about ten min walk away as well as a chip shop, pub, conveniece store and recreation ground all in easy walking distance. Post office and chemist about a 20 min walk. City hospital and King's Mill hospital on a bus route. Very quiet location.

Large kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom, downstairs toilet. Garden.
You will have cupboard space in the kitchen and fridge/ freezer space. Use of pots & pans, crockery etc.
The use of washing machine is included, tumble dryer is available for a small charge (£3).
Bedding can be provided, please ask, Or you can bring your own.
Toilet rolls, hand wash and washing up liquid all included as are cleaning supplies, tea towels and the vacuum cleaner. We have a cleaner once a week for shared areas. Iron and ironing board, washing line also included.
We have a very loveable, quiet, westie (Hypoallergenic) he's an old fella now so calm and just loves people.

Our children are both grown up, one's away at uni apart from the holidays/ odd weekends.

Our home is maintained to a high standard, with lots of facilities and as long as you treat it with respect and care we will gladly share it all with you. We want our lodger to be happy and comfortable.

Deposit required against any damages/ loss to us.

Parking outside the house is not possible because of our own vehicles but there is parking close by.

You will be responsible for keeping your own room clean and aired.
