I have one very large double room left to rent in a large 6 bed house in Arnold / Woodthorpe area.

I'm looking for easy-going, non-smoking, clean and tidy professionals or post graduate students.

The housemates are very friendly with a great bond and do some activities together, while also having independent lives and space for themselves.

The house is a detached house looking onto Arnot Hill Park in Arnold and on the edge of the pleasant and quiet Woodthorpe area.

It has two large living areas, two full bathrooms with shower-baths, one additional shower room, utility room, a south-facing large conservatory and back yard with mature trees around.

The house has had a full refurbishment and benefits from a new boiler, full rewire, and has been extensively insulated to keep it lovely and warm. There is off street parking.

The monthly rental includes all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband internet) and are per calendar month.

Arnold High Street is a short 5 min walk away. This is a thriving town centre with shops, pubs and local amenities. There is an Asda on Arnold high street and a Sainsbury's is about a 10 minute walk away.

The 59 bus (and associated night bus) goes direct into and out of town with less than a minute’s walk to the bus stop. The bus takes 20 min to get to the centre of Nottingham. City Hospital is a similar distance away. The 53 bus, a short walk away through a lovely park, goes direct to QMC.

By car, the ring road is a short drive and from there it is easy to get to the M1. It is less than 10 mins drive to the City hospital and 20 to the Queens Medical Centre.

By bike, the house is 20 min from the city centre, 10 min from the City Hospital and 30 from the Queens Medical Centre and Nottingham University.

The room is available from 1st April.

We will need to do the usual background checks of passport and payslips and two references, but there are no crazy fees.
