Parking is available within the estate. I split my time between Nott and Bham so this flat is ideal for someone who want for space and time for themselves.

The flat has 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Either of the rooms is available for rent. One of the rooms is slightly larger and has an inbuilt wardrobe and makeup table, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The other room has a wardrobe and chest of drawer and a larger bathroom with a tub.

The kitchen and the living room are shared spaces; they are open plan, spacious and fully furnished (new leather sofa, new armchair, dining table, a large worktop, gas oven, hob, washing machine with dryer, fridge, freezer, TV, kettle, sandwich maker, cutlery, pots, etc). There's also a vacuum cleaner, iron board, iron, etc.

There is also an additional storage room and attic in the flat, a shared bike shed for all residents and parking available at no extra cost.

The rent is £620 per month with no bills and council tax included. The council tax for the flat is approx £1700 per year. Bills based on last year estimates are about £80-90 per person per month (incl water, gas and electricity, internet).

I work at the university and spend a lot of time at the office. I split my time between Nott and Bham where my partner lives, so this flat is ideal if you prefer more space on your own.

Ideally, I am looking for a postgraduate student or professional seeking longer term accommodation.

I am very easy going and I love reading, photography, sports, etc. I enjoy good company and food, but I am also very respectful of people's privacy and space.
