I am looking for someone to take over my studio apartment contract at Broadgate Park as I am taking time out from University for personal reasons.
This is a single ensuite studio room with a bed, desk, kitchen (sink, hob, microwave and oven), dining area and wardrobe. It is top floor and faces into the courtyard, so it is nice and quiet, and away from the main road.
On site is a laundry room, library and two common areas for watching movies and hanging out.
It is in a great location with a bus stop a 2 minute walk away , tram stop a 7 minute walk way and the University of Nottingham campus a 5 minute walk away. Additionally, Co-op is less than 100m from the front door so it's very easy to get your food shop done on your way back from University.
The other flatmates are a mixture of undergraduate and postgraduate and are all friendly and considerate.
