Double room with en-suite - perfect for students

-This house is fully furnished with a large garden. The house itself only has 2 bedrooms so you’ll be sharing with one current tenet.
-The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers.
-It also had an en-suite with a bath, both rooms are reasonable sizes.
-Spacious lounge and kitchen with a downstairs toilet.
-All bills included (gas, electric, water, wifi, etc)

-Im looking for 1 female who is friendly, bubbly and organised to live with the current tenant.
-It’s located in a quite area, 15 minute walk to UON, very close to shops, pubs, parks and extremely easy to commute using tram as it’s a 15 minute walk to the closest stop. Parking is close, however a parking permit is required.

-Rent is paid till January!!!
-I have personally deep cleaned, disinfected, hoovered and wiped all surfaces in the room/en-suite. I have left the room in immaculate condition.
