The house has 4 bedrooms which are let to 4 university students. The rent is as follows:

Double Room 1 - £140 per week
Double Room 2 - £140 per week
Single Room 1 - £130 per week
Single Room 2 - £120 per week

All bills and internet are included (heating, electric, internet, water rates).

All the rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, swivel chair, wardrobe, etc.

The house has a living room and kitchen with the usual appliances (fridge, microwave, cooker, washing machine, etc). The house is also fully double glazed and has a modern combi boiler.
