Hi! I’m looking for a working professional female to take over my flatmate’s double bedroom in our cozy and friendly two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat located in Beeston. The flat is managed through an agency, and the room will be available from 15 May 2026.

The bedroom is fully furnished, featuring:
• A double bed with four storage drawers underneath
• A wardrobe
• A bedside table
• A chest of drawers with five drawers

You’ll have your OWN bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with:
• A kitchen with a fridge, separate freezer (4 drawers), microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher
• A living room with two couches, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining table

There’s also central heating!

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a 26-year-old professional female. I’m looking for someone friendly and clean to share this lovely space with.

Rent and Bills:
• Rent: £497.50 per month
• Bills (split equally): Approximately £150 per month (covers council tax, internet, water, gas, and electricity)
• Total: around £647 per month
• Deposit: £575.50
