The property is very close to the new tram station and all other forms of transport for Nottingham city including the train are close by. Beeston shops, bars and amenities are approx. 10 minute walk. Nottingham University entrance 5 minutes walk

On top of the rent the shared bills are Gas, Electric, water, broadband. These are approximately on average £70 per month.

SOLAR PANELS provide free/very cheap electricity during the longer sunny days and lower bills in winter as well. Extremely useful in these difficult times.

Students are exempt from Council tax if they provide correct information for the council.

Rent will be higher by £60 to cover council tax if tenant is not exempt from paying.

Professional cleaner for shared areas once a month £50 (shared between. all 3 tenants) this is optional and may be removed or the cleaner changed by tenants at any time.
