I have one spare room to rent in a semi detached house in Beeston and looking for a house mate. Very tidy house with a large kitchen and lounge and a neat garden out back. One shared bathroom upstairs. Close to plenty of shops on Beeston high street, tram stop nearby and a bus stop just outside. Easy 15/20 min walk onto centre of UoN campus for students. Rent is £155 a week all bills included. Flexible start/end dates!
Quite house, generally keep to myself but always up for an evening out every now and then.
