There is good quality furniture throughout. Other features include thumbturn locks on bedroom doors, burglar alarm, mains interlinked smoke alarms in every room, and a fire blanket in the kitchen.
Up to 100Mb broadband Internet is provided. There is full gas central heating with a combi boiler and full double glazing. The house is Unipol Code accredited and licensed through Broxtowe Borough Council.

Bedroom 1:
Double room on the first floor with window to rear. Furnished with computer desk with chair, double bed, chest of drawers, bookcase and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:
Double room on the second floor with window to side. Large built-in wardrobe and storage shelf, bookshelves, double bed, chest of drawers and desk with chair.

The housemates:
4 professionals in their 20s. The house is kept clean and tidy.
