Conveniently located in Beeston town centre. Only a 10 minute walk from the University of Nottingham Park Campus, a 30 second walk from Beeston High Street and Sainsbury's, and a 2 minute walk from Beeston Tesco and Tram Station.

The house has 4 bedrooms which are let to 4 university students. The rent is as follows:

• Room 1 - £130 per week (available July 2026)
• Room 2 - £130 per week (available Sept 2026)
• Room 3 - £120 per week (available June 2026)
• Room 4 - £100 per week (available Sept 2026)

All bills (heating, electric, water) are included in the rent and internet is included too. The rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, swivel chair, wardrobe, etc.

The house has a living room and kitchen with the usual appliances (fridge, microwave, cooker, washing machine, etc). The house is also fully double glazed and has a modern combi boiler. The front drive has space for two cars and there is a back garden too.
