Newly refurbished room available right behind The University of Nottingham Campus and Wollaton Park. It is close to several amenities. There’s also parking spaces available.

I'm looking for a postgrad student or professional who is clean and tidy. I’d prefer someone who is friendly and sociable who will consider this as a home they feel comfortable in, rather than just a place to sleep.

All bills are included: Broadband, Now TV, PlayStation, electricity, Gas, Water (if professional, £25 will be added for council tax)

Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed with an amazingly soft pocket spring mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2 comes with lots of built in wardrobes and storage and a desk and chair.

The house is completed to a modern standard with a separate dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There’s an office room which I use as my bedroom.
I work as an Architect in the city centre. I’m quite relaxed and like to chill in the evening. I commute a lot for work and currently barely in the house.

- 50 metres to the bus stop (34 every 7 minutes and Y5)

- 15-minute walk to the tram

- 10-minute walk to University

- 20-minute walk to QMC

- 20-minute walk to Beeston Town centre with large Tesco, Sainsburys and lots more and Train station

- 5 minute walk to Wollaton Park

- 5 minutes drive to the M1 and right next to the A52

- 100 metres from Dominoes, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop, local corner shop and a lovely new pub.
