New build double ensuite

Hi - I am offering a double room with it's own bathroom/shower - this is solely for your use alone in a 3 bedroom detached house, there will only be 2 people in thus house, either myself or another tenant once I move out in the coming months. This is inclusive of all bills and council tax, has plenty of storage space within the garage and you are welcome to use all of the amenities (TV etc) within the property.

The bed has plenty of storage underneath and i'm happy to purchase a chest of draws if necessary. The desk is optional. You have a large integrated wardrobe with shelves a plenty of space for clothes etc!

There's a high speed internet connection (500mbps), Netflix, Amazon, Disney (etc) available on the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans etc. There are also separate washing and drying machines available in the utility, alongside iron/ironing board if necessary and basic cleaning / tidying bits.

I will be moving out of the property around May at which point the master bedroom will also become available and office.

I'm open to all enquiries and typically run the rented room on a one month rolling contract to avoid requiring you to pay longer than you might need to. Im easy going and don't take life too seriously, i'll look forward to hearing from you soon.
