Double room with small double (4 foot) bed available Mid-April.
Nice area, low crime.
Bus stop at nearby. Train station 15 mins walk.
Shared with homeowner and university student son. £450 a month, including all bills, unlimited internet, bedding, towels, even loo roll and not the cheap stuff.
Usual facilities, lovely shower, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc. Shared bathroom with lock (but no en-suite). Bring your own washing powder. Welcome in shared areas - you don't have to sit in your room unless you want to.
We're a very quiet household! Not ideal for party-goers. Might suit weekly worker who goes home at weekends (can negotiate rate in this case). Possibly student who studies a lot.
Can accommodate shift workers and let you sleep in the day.
2 cats, funny and loveable.
No smoking indoors, vaping totally fine anywhere in the house.
I work from home, so am here most of the day.
I have had lodgers in my home for many years and made some wonderful friends, helping a few people on their way in life. Few rules, as it's better based on honest discussion and mutual respect. No deposit - if you break something, you replace it. Simple.
Lovely patio to sit in, garden with barbecue and hot tub in the Summer.
We have NO TV!!!! But you are welcome to bring one yourself and arrange a licence.
The room is relatively cheap because it is too far out for students who like to socialise, but Bingham has plenty of eating places, shops and things to do if you prefer more rural pastimes - walking, cycling, sky-diving etc.
I'm a vegan but don't let that worry you. The rest of the household is not.
