The Cinderhill tram stop is less than a minute’s walk from the house. Main bus routes are just a short walk and the house is around a 5 min drive from the M1.

On the first floor, a good-sized double room at the front of the property which includes a brand new double bed, under bed drawers with brand new pocket sprung mattress, two bedside tables, a small desk/dressing table with chair and a pine wardrobe.

The bathroom has a bath, electric shower & over tap shower fitting.

On the ground floor, the shared lounge is comfortable with sofas and a TV with FireStick.

The kitchen has brand new appliances for shared use including: a new washing machine, new fridge freezer, new air fryer and new oven. Guests can also use the microwave and dine at the table.

Paved garden area with rear gate access, where you can sit out. Clothes line for drying clothes.

I’m a live in (but not full time live in) landlord. I’m looking for a professional person or couple who will enjoy living in my house & caring for it. You will be sharing the house with another male professional, who mostly works from home. More often than not, you and the other housemate will have the entire house to yourselves for extended periods of time as I stay infrequently. Not suitable for students or those in receipt of UC.
