I have a loft bedroom available in Carlton (near the big Tesco). It's a 3 bed, 1 bath semi; the 3rd room is used as a small study. Nice private garden with a couple of seating areas. The bedroom is more spacious than the photos appear!
This is not a long-term let; I'm anticipating around 6ish months but there is flexibility! No set move-in date; preferably some time in May.
£550pm, all bills included.
About me:
I'm a 38 year old biologist. LGBTQ+ friendly, and have lived with flatmates on and off for a long time; I'm pretty easy going, respectful, and get on with most people. I'm starting a new job, which means I will be WFH part of the month and out of town for 1-2 weeks of the month.
I have a 14 year old cocker spaniel, who is equal parts lovely and annoying. He's not a barker, is very friendly, loves attention and food. He either comes with me when I'm away, or stays with friends.

MUST LOVE DOGS- you are sharing my dog's home too. You're welcome to keep your door closed so he can't go into your room (ideal, as there's new carpet up there!) but I expect you to be nice to him.
Will consider other pets, but not cats, sorry!
