Room is warm, cosy and well lit, furnished with wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, TV, sofa, coffee table, fridge freezer and lockable filing cabinet.

3 bedroom house with 2 large living/dining rooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen and garden.
There is a separate toilet which isn't shared and is only for you. The living room is for you too but will occasionally be accessed by ourselves just to get to the garden for hanging clothes etc because the access to the garden is from the living room only. So the living room is more or less yours.... sounds good?!?!??!?!?
No need to worry about space and you get plenty privacy! And you don't need to worry about noise and disruption as the downstairs portion of the house is more or less for the tenant! You will see what I mean once you come over for a viewing!

Please note I prefer text messages rather than calls as I'm not always available to answer calls, emails are good too!

We have extra fast 500mbps broadband which you can have access to. We have a designated cupboard in the kitchen for your kitchen items and you also get your own fridge freezer to use. We also have a TV, sofa and coffee table for you to use.

The shower room, kitchen and entrance to the property is shared.

The property is a new build house and is a lovely place to be in. The flat for rent is basically the full downstairs portion of the house. I will try my best to provide the furniture you would need in the flat.
There is ample parking space outside and there are good transport links

Close to local Tesco (5 min walk) and Lidl (10 min walk away). There are schools which are about 10 min walk away.

My small family is living above the flat, a couple with 2 girls. We are friendly and caring people and looking for a lady tenant who shares our personalities
